What Is A Guided Meditation
We need to deal with different thing everyday. There are several things we have to deal with the time we go out of our houses. At work we have to deal not only with our irate officemates but with the environment as well. All these can cause a certain degree of stress. We are always tensed and uptight for the most part of the day. All throughout the day we have to face reality. Because of this never ending debacle at the end of the day we end up lethargic. To help us relax when we get home we can turn to guided meditation.
The type of meditation that takes you on a journey through a narration is commonly known as guided meditation. A guided meditation takes place by reading a script that is meant for meditating. The script in a guided meditation can either be read or played through a CD. Guided meditation requires you to let go of all conscious thoughts and allowing your subconscious to take over. Guided meditation can certainly help you relax and unwind and it can also help you sleep better at night and gain stress reduction.
