The overwhelming levels of antioxidants in the acai berry has made it quite easy to label it as the best antioxidant know today. For years medical professionals have told to us to ingest berries simply because these fruits have antioxidants. We need antioxidants in order to protect our bodies from free radicals we usually get from the food that we eat or from the environment that we are exposed to. However the antioxidant levels in acai berries are way higher than those in other berries, this is the reason why most people are taking acai supplements: antioxidant is its main content.
Without a doubt acai berry is the best antioxidant especially if you take into account the number of antioxidant it contains. Acai berries contain Vitamins like A C and E and even folic acid. They also contain iron which has been known to work well with antioxidants in keeping us healthy.
It is essential that we keep our bodies healthy from inside out and the best way to do that aside from changing our risky lifestyle, is adding exercise to our life as well as to use supplements like acai berry products, which contain high levels of antioxidants.
